We ordered some bespoke straps on a Tuesday, for a client requiring them the following Monday AM. Despite the difficult spec we were promised them by the Friday- 3 days. There was a material supply issue, completely outside the control of Ratchet Straps UK, which resulted in them being finished on the afternoon of the Friday. Roy Snr & Jnr then PERSONALLY drove to collect them in the Midlands and delivered them straight to us - in Hampshire - arriving just before 7pm. Promise kept!
